Individual therapy is a reflective process in which we look at the many ways you learned to attach as a child and how many of those ways may be outdated or simply not working for you anymore.

We often need to explore our significant early relationships in order to understand ourselves better and make changes. This process is full of curiosity, compassion and caring.

We will develop clarity as we learn about who you are and how you want to relate to the world in a more present day context.
